Simranjit S. Bawa, DDS

Dr. Bawa grew up in Potomac, MD, and is a US-born Sikh, whose family is originally from India, and his values include the continual practice of sewa—a commitment of selfless service to others—in the community. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from American University in Washington, DC. Dr. Bawa achieved his DDS degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC in 2013.

Upon graduating, he pursued an intense Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine, where he had extensive training working with highly renown specialists in the dental field. After residency, Dr. Bawa joined a large group private practice, where he was one of the highest producing dentists.

He uses the most advanced materials and procedures in his office for all patients. Dr. Bawa enjoys seeing a wide variety of patients, including kids, adolescents, adults, and the elderly community. He takes great time listening to the concerns of each patient and developing a comprehensive yet personalized treatment plan that uses leading edge technology and advanced techniques for the best results. Dr. Bawa and his staff’s focus is on prevention, and as a cosmetic dentist, he enjoys providing full mouth reconstruction, porcelain crown and bridgework, cosmetic veneers, teeth whitening, and maintaining the overall health of gum tissue while improving aesthetics. Dr. Bawa’s goal is to change the quality of life for his patients through dentistry.
